To begin the New Year (08), Divas D'Este is introducing their new line of handpainted ribbon and fibre coordinating colorway cards, which we are calling Fibre Fripperies! Frippery is from the French meaning something showy and frivolous especially something foolish or affectedly elegant.

Each card holds a potpourri combination of everything from handpainted rayon ribbon to raggedy ribbon to handpainted rayon rickrack to fluffy and sparkly fibres! And, the colors are just sooooooo gorgeous!!

Whether you are a fabric artist OR simply enjoy all types of mixed media art, you will certainly find scores of ways to use these little beauties in everything from ATCs to scrapbooking to art quilts to that one-of-a-kind gift for someone special! The 6-yard cards contain 3 different ribbons/fibres with a generously cut 2 yards of each color and are priced at $6.50. The 8-yard cards contain 4 different ribbons/fibres with a generously cut 2 yards of each color and are priced at $8.50.
